师资
周菲迟博士现任南科大深港微电子学院研究员、博士生导师,入选国家级海外高层次人才(青年项目),国家重点研发计划青年项目首席科学家,香港青年科学家奖获得者,深圳市海外高层次人才(孔雀B类)。课题组主要从事感存算一体化神经形态器件、人工智能视觉芯片、后摩尔新型半导体器件、先进三维单片集成感存算芯片的研究。周菲迟博士至今已在相关领域取得多项突破性进展及首创性成果,发表论文60余篇,被引用5000余次,相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者发表在多个国际顶级期刊,包括Nature Nanotechnology(2篇,1篇ESI高被引)、Nature Electronics(ESI高被引)、Nature Communications(2篇),Advanced Materials、ACS Nano,Nano Letters,Advanced Functional Materials等,研究成果被多家国内外媒体邀请报道。作为项目负责人主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家海外优青、国自然面上项目、国自然青年基金等多个项目。成立深港微电子学院-犀灵视觉神经形态感存算芯片联合实验室,担任实验室负责人。获香港青年科学家奖(物理/数学,仅一名),International Symposium on Memory Devices for Abundant Data Computing最佳会议论文奖、IEEE ED/SSC会议论文奖及最佳博士论文奖等多个奖项。担任Nature Electronics, Nature Sensors, Nature Communication, Science Advances, Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Letters等多个期刊审稿人。担任InfoMat, Nano-Micro Letters, Materials Futures等期刊青年编委。
