个人简介:
龙艳萍,南方科技大学研究副教授。2007年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,2015年博士毕业于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,2016年加入南方科技大学生物系翟继先课题组从事博士后研究并工作至今。2022年植物生物学女科学家学术交流会“优秀女青年奖”获奖人。现主要方向为基于高通量测序技术的植物单细胞测序和三代长测序技术的开发和应用以及基因表达调控机制相关研究。主导开发植物单细胞核全长测序技术FlsnRNA-seq、单分子水平全长新生RNA分析方法FLEP-seq以及用于拟南芥基因组多位点相互作用及关联甲基化修饰的Pore-C 技术。目前已以第一作者(含共同)和共同通讯作者在Nature Plants、Nature protocols、PNAS、Genome Biology、Plant Biotechnology Journal和New Phytologist等国际主流学术期刊上发表多篇高水平研究论文。
