基本概况
朱斌,南方科技大学公共卫生及应急管理学院助理教授,博士生导师,获得西安交通大学和香港城市大学双博士学位,在加州大学圣地亚哥分校医学院完成博士后训练,长期致力于“时空×健康”交叉驱动的卫生政策研究。兼任中华预防医学会卫生事业管理分会青年委员,社会医学与实施科学分会委员,公共卫生监测分会委员,华盛顿大学GBD研究组Senior Collaborator。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金国际合作交流项目(巴西)、广东省自然科学基金面上项目(×3)、广东省粤深联合基金青年项目、深圳市自然科学面上项目(×3)、深圳市医学专项基金、广东省哲学社会科学规划项目、深圳市哲学社会科学规划项目(×3)等纵向项目以及政府部门政策咨询项目8项。作为研究骨干参与科技部重点研发计划、美国NIH R01项目,美国中华医学基金会项目,国家社科基金重大项目,科技部重点研发计划等项目。第一/通讯作者在《Eurosurveillance》《Communications Medicine》《Environmental International》《Environment Research》《GeoHealth》《International Journal of Drug Policy》等国内外期刊发表论文50余篇,被引1000余次。兼任《BMC Public Health》《中国卫生经济》期刊青年编委和《Lancet Microbiology》《Lancet Regional Health-Western Pacific》《Social Science & Medicine》《iScience》等20余本国际学术期刊审稿人。课题组长期招收硕士生、博士生、博士后、研究助理(RA)、访问本科生和研究生,在读学生多次获得国家奖学金和特等学业奖学金,欢迎不同学科背景的同学加入。申请者请把CV和Personal Statement发邮件给朱斌老师。
研究领域(方向)
(1)医疗资源空间智能规划。综合运用空间分析与资源优化配置等多学科方法,聚焦急救医疗、基层医疗及低空医疗资源的空间布局问题。依托遥感影像、道路路网、栅格人口等多源地理数据,开展大尺度、细粒度的医疗设施空间规划与智能选址研究,并面向城市极端事件等复杂情境,探索医疗资源空间配置的韧性优化路径。
(2)公共健康风险时空预警。以GIS技术为核心支撑,聚焦城市等高密度人居环境,融合多源时空数据,系统解析蚊媒传染病、呼吸道传染病等重点传染病的时空流行规律与驱动机制;面向城市重大公共卫生风险防范需求,开展具有决策参考价值的应用性政策研究。
