Self-introduction:
I graduated from Sichuan University in 2013 for bachelor's degree and Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School for Ph.D. degree in 2019. I have been engaged in research on mechanisms of neurological disorders such as autism and schizophrenia for about 10 years. I have published 8 SCI papers in the field of neuroscience as corresponding author or first author. In addition, I have received two fundings including National Foundation of China-Youth Project and Guangdong Regional Joint Fund-Youth Project. My current research interests are to improve social deficits in autism mouse model using different methods including 40 Hz light flicker and gene intervention.
Research Interests:
◆Exploring E-I imbalance in prefrontal cortex of autistic and schizophrenic mice by electrophysiological recordings and ameliorating E-I imbalance as well as behavioral impairment in autistic and schizophrenic mice by different means, including 40 Hz flash, pharmacological and genetic interventions.
Professional Experience:
◆2023/10-now Research Assistant Professor, School of Life Sciences, Southern University of Science and Technology
◆2021/8-2023/9 Research Associate, School of Life Sciences, Southern University of Science and Technology
◆2019/6-2021/6 Postdoc, The Seventh Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University
Educational Background:
◆2013/9-2019/1 Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School Chemical genomics Ph.D.
◆2009/9-2013/6 Sichuan University Biotechnology Bachelor
Honors & Awards:
◆ Zhongying Scholarship of Peking University
